🤯 King Saul

🤖🎥 Trailer: Chosen to lead a nation, but pride and disobedience shattered his destiny. As Saul’s heart strayed from God, he found himself on a path toward rejection and ruin.

📖 1 Samuel 15:17-23 (NLT):

“And Samuel told him, ‘Although you may think little of yourself, are you not the leader of the tribes of Israel? The Lord has anointed you king of Israel. And the Lord sent you on a mission and told you, “Go and completely destroy the sinners, the Amalekites, until they are all dead.” Why haven’t you obeyed the Lord? Why did you rush for the plunder and do what was evil in the Lord’s sight?’

‘But I did obey the Lord,’ Saul insisted. ‘I carried out the mission he gave me. I brought back King Agag, but I destroyed everyone else. Then my troops brought in the best of the sheep, goats, cattle, and plunder to sacrifice to the Lord your God in Gilgal.’

But Samuel replied, ‘What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams. Rebellion is as sinful as witchcraft, and stubbornness as bad as worshiping idols. So because you have rejected the command of the Lord, he has rejected you as king.’”

🤯 Nebuchadnezzar

🤖🎥 Trailer: The king who claimed the world as his own, now brought to his knees. Stripped of his throne and sanity, Nebuchadnezzar must discover the true source of power before it’s too late.

📖 Daniel 4:30-32 (NLT):

“As he looked out across the city, he said, ‘Look at this great city of Babylon! By my own mighty power, I have built this beautiful city as my royal residence to display my majestic splendor.’

While these words were still in his mouth, a voice called down from heaven, ‘O King Nebuchadnezzar, this message is for you! You are no longer ruler of this kingdom. You will be driven from human society, and you will live in the fields with the wild animals. You will eat grass like a cow, and seven periods of time will pass while you live this way, until you learn that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world and gives them to anyone he chooses.’”

🤯 Pharaoh

🤖🎥 Trailer: A ruler’s defiance against the Almighty brings destruction to his land. As the plagues fall and the Red Sea parts, Pharaoh’s pride becomes his downfall in the ultimate battle between man and God.

📖 Exodus 5:1-2 (NLT):

“After this presentation to Israel’s leaders, Moses and Aaron went and spoke to Pharaoh. They told him, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Let my people go so they may hold a festival in my honor in the wilderness.’

‘Is that so?’ retorted Pharaoh. ‘And who is the Lord? Why should I listen to him and let Israel go? I don’t know the Lord, and I will not let Israel go.’”

👑 Best Example of Humility (Opposite of Pride): Jesus Christ

📖 Philippians 2:5-8 (NLT):

“You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.”

👑 John the Baptist

🤖🎥 Trailer: Crowds followed him, but he pointed them all to someone greater. John’s humility paved the way for Jesus, showing that true greatness lies in serving others.

📖 John 3:27-30 (NLT):

I am only here to prepare the way for him.” It is the bridegroom who marries the bride, and the bridegroom’s friend is simply glad to stand with him and hear his vows. Therefore, I am filled with joy at his success. He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less.’”

🤯 Ananias and Sapphira

🤖🎥 Trailer: In a shocking act of deception, they thought they could fool the apostles—and God. But their lie would cost them everything, serving as a chilling warning to the early church.

📖 Acts 5:1-11 (NLT):

“But there was a certain man named Ananias who, with his wife Sapphira, sold some property. He brought part of the money to the apostles, claiming it was the full amount. With his wife’s consent, he kept the rest.

Then Peter said, ‘Ananias, why have you let Satan fill your heart? You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money for yourself. The property was yours to sell or not sell as you wished. And after selling it, the money was also yours to give away. How could you do a thing like this? You weren’t lying to us but to God!’

As soon as Ananias heard these words, he fell to the floor and died. Then everyone who heard about it was terrified. Some young men got up, wrapped him in a sheet, and took him out and buried him.

About three hours later, his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. Peter asked her, ‘Was this the price you and your husband received for your land?’ ‘Yes,’ she replied, ‘that was the price.’ And Peter said, ‘How could you two even think of conspiring to test the Spirit of the Lord like this? The young men who buried your husband are just outside the door, and they will carry you out, too!’ Instantly, she fell to the floor and died.

A servant girl noticed him in the firelight and began staring at him. Finally, she said, ‘This man was one of Jesus’ followers!’ But Peter denied it. ‘Woman, I don’t even know him!’ he said.”

🤯 Jacob

🤖🎥 Trailer: A brother’s deception changed the course of his family’s history. Disguised as Esau, Jacob would secure the blessing—but not without lifelong consequences.

📖 Genesis 27:19-22 (NLT):

“Jacob replied, ‘It’s Esau, your firstborn son. I’ve done as you told me. Here is the wild game. Now sit up and eat it so you can give me your blessing.’ Isaac asked, ‘How did you find it so quickly, my son?’ ‘The Lord your God put it in my path!’ Jacob replied. Then Isaac said to Jacob, ‘Come closer so I can touch you and make sure that you really are Esau.’ So Jacob went closer to his father, and Isaac touched him. ‘The voice is Jacob’s, but the hands are Esau’s,’ Isaac said.”

📖 Daniel 6:4-5 (NLT):

“Then the other administrators and high officers began searching for some fault in the way Daniel was handling government affairs, but they couldn’t find anything to criticize or condemn. He was faithful, always responsible, and completely trustworthy. So they concluded, ‘Our only chance of finding grounds for accusing Daniel will be in connection with the rules of his religion.’”

Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal he had taken from the altar with a pair of tongs. He touched my lips with it and said, “See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven.”

But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.’

One day Cain suggested to his brother, ‘Let’s go out into the fields.’ And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother, Abel, and killed him.”

“Then the Lord asked Cain, ‘Where is your brother Abel?’ ‘I don’t know,’ Cain replied. ‘Am I my brother’s guardian?’ But the Lord said, ‘What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground!

📖 Esther 7:9-10 (NLT):

“Then Harbona, one of the king’s eunuchs, said, ‘Haman has set up a sharpened pole that stands 75 feet tall in his own courtyard. He intended to use it to impale Mordecai, the man who saved the king from assassination.’ The king said, ‘Hang him on it!’ So they impaled Haman on the pole he had set up for Mordecai, and the king’s anger subsided.”

📖 Numbers 25:1-9 (NLT):

“While the Israelites were camped at Acacia Grove, some of the men defiled themselves by having sexual relations with local Moabite women. These women invited them to attend sacrifices to their gods, so the Israelites feasted with them and worshiped the gods of Moab. In this way, Israel joined in the worship of Baal of Peor, causing the Lord’s anger to blaze against his people.

The Lord said to Moses, ‘Arrest all the leaders and have them publicly executed before the Lord in broad daylight, so His fierce anger will turn away from the people of Israel.’ So Moses ordered Israel’s judges, ‘Each of you must put to death the men under your authority who have joined in worshiping Baal of Peor.’

Just then, one of the Israelite men brought a Midianite woman into his tent, right in front of Moses and the whole assembly of Israel, while they were weeping at the entrance of the Tabernacle. When Phinehas son of Eleazar and grandson of Aaron the priest saw this, he jumped up and left the assembly. He took a spear and rushed after the man into his tent. Yet Solomon insisted on loving them anyway. He had 700 wives of royal birth and 300 concubines, and in fact, they turned his heart away from the Lord. In Solomon’s old age, they turned his heart to worship other gods instead of being completely faithful to the Lord his God, as his father, David, had been.

One day, however, no one else was around when he went in to do his work. She came and grabbed him by his cloak, demanding, ‘Come on! Sleep with me!’

Joseph tore himself away, but he left his cloak in her hand as he ran from the house. When she saw that she was holding his cloak and he had fled, she called out to her servants. ‘Look! He has brought a Hebrew in here to make fools of us! He came in here to sleep with me, but I screamed. When he heard me scream for help, he left his cloak with me and ran outside!’ She kept the cloak with her until her husband came home. Then she told him her story. ‘That Hebrew slave you brought into our house tried to come in and fool around with me,’ she said. ‘But when I screamed, he left his cloak with me and ran outside!’

When Potiphar heard his wife’s story, he was furious. He took Joseph and threw him into the prison where the king’s prisoners were held. But the Lord was with Joseph in the prison and showed him his faithful love. And the Lord made Joseph a favorite with the prison warden. For he is the son of your daughter-in-law, who loves you and has been better to you than seven sons!’ Naomi took the baby and cuddled him to her breast, and she cared for him as if he were her own. Confused and disturbed, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean. ‘Don’t be afraid, Mary,’ the angel told her, ‘for you have found favor with God! And he will reign over Israel forever; his Kingdom will never end!’

Mary asked the angel, ‘But how can this happen? I am a virgin.’

The angel replied, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God. What’s more, your relative Elizabeth has become pregnant in her old age! People used to say she was barren, but she has conceived a son and is now in her sixth month. Should I take my bread and my water and my meat that I’ve slaughtered for my shearers and give it to a band of outlaws who come from who knows where?’ So David’s men returned and told him what Nabal had said. ‘Get your swords!’ was David’s reply as he strapped on his own. I know Nabal is a wicked and ill-tempered man. Please don’t pay any attention to him. He’s a fool, just as his name suggests. But I never even saw the young men you sent.’”

📖 1 Samuel 25:32-38 (NLT):

“David replied to Abigail, ‘Praise the Lord, the God of Israel, who has sent you to meet me today! Thank God for your good sense! Bless you for keeping me from murder and from avenging myself by my own strength. For I swear by the Lord, the God of Heaven and Earth, that I would have surely killed your husband and all his men if you hadn’t come to meet me so quickly. Thank you again for coming to meet me, and may the Lord God of Israel, who has kept me from hurting you, reward you for your kindness.’”

“When Abigail arrived home, she found that Nabal was throwing a big party and was very drunk. So she didn’t tell him anything about her meeting with David until dawn the next day. As Lazarus lay there longing for scraps from the rich man’s table, the dogs would come and lick his open sores. Finally, the poor man died and was carried by the angels to sit beside Abraham at the heavenly banquet. The rich man also died and was buried, and he went to the place of the dead.

There, in torment, he saw Abraham in the far distance with Lazarus at his side. ‘Father Abraham!’ he shouted. ‘Have some pity! Send Lazarus over here to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. I am in anguish in these flames.’

But Abraham said to him, ‘Son, remember that during your lifetime you had everything you wanted, and Lazarus had nothing. So now he is here being comforted, and you are in anguish. And besides, there is a great chasm separating us. No one can cross over to you from here, and no one can cross over to us from there.’

Then the rich man said, ‘Please, Father Abraham, at least send him to my father’s home. For I have five brothers, and I want him to warn them so they don’t end up in this place of torment.’

But Abraham said, ‘Moses and the prophets have warned them. Your brothers can read what they wrote.’ The rich man replied, ‘No, Father Abraham! But if someone is sent to them from the dead, then they will repent of their sins and turn to God.’

But Abraham said, ‘If they won’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they won’t be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’”’”

‘Which ones?’ the man asked. And Jesus replied: ‘You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. Honor your father and mother. Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ‘I’ve obeyed all these commandments,’ the young man replied. ‘What else must I do?’ Jesus told him, ‘If you want to be perfect, go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.’ But when the young man heard this, he went away sad, for he had many possessions.”

Saul went out to meet and welcome him, but Samuel said, ‘What is this you have done?’ Saul replied, ‘I saw my men scattering from me, and you didn’t arrive when you said you would, and the Philistines are at Micmash ready for battle. So I said, “The Philistines are ready to march against us at Gilgal, and I haven’t even asked for the Lord’s help!” So I felt compelled to offer the burnt offering myself before you came.’

And then I will give the dead bodies of your men to the birds and wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel! That is why I ran away to Tarshish! I knew that you are a merciful and compassionate God, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. You are eager to turn back from destroying people. Just kill me now, Lord! I’d rather be dead than alive if what I predicted will not happen.’”

🤯 King Ahab

🤖🎥 Trailer: Coveting a vineyard, King Ahab’s bitterness consumed him, leading to manipulation and murder. But the unchecked negativity of his heart would ultimately bring God’s judgment upon him and his house.

📖 1 Kings 21 (NLT)

Some time later there was an incident involving a vineyard in Jezreel, owned by a man named Naboth. Ahab said to Naboth, “Let me have your vineyard to use for a vegetable garden, since it is close to my palace. In exchange, I will give you a better vineyard, or, if you prefer, I will pay you whatever it is worth.”

But Naboth replied, “The Lord forbid that I should give you the inheritance of my ancestors.”

So Ahab went home angry and sullen because Naboth had said, “I will not give you the inheritance of my ancestors.” He lay on his bed sulking and refused to eat.

His wife Jezebel came in and asked him, “Why are you so sullen? Why won’t you eat?”

He answered her, “Because I said to Naboth, ‘Give me your vineyard or I will buy it,’ but he said, ‘I will not give you my vineyard.’”

Jezebel his wife said, “Is this how you act as king over Israel? Get up and eat! Cheer up. I will give you the vineyard of Naboth.”

So she wrote letters in Ahab’s name, placed his seal on them, and sent them to the elders and nobles who lived in Naboth’s city.

In those letters she wrote: “Proclaim a day of fasting and seat Naboth in a prominent place among the people. But seat two scoundrels opposite him and have them testify that he has cursed both God and the king. Then take him out and stone him to death.”

So the elders and nobles who lived in Naboth’s city did as Jezebel directed in the letters she had written to them. They proclaimed a fast and seated Naboth in a prominent place among the people.

Then the two scoundrels came and sat opposite him and brought charges against Naboth before the people, saying, “Naboth has cursed both God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death.

Then they sent word to Jezebel: “Naboth has been stoned to death.”

As soon as Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned to death, she said to Ahab, “Get up and take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite that he refused to sell you. He is no longer alive, but dead.”

When Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, he got up and went down to take possession of Naboth’s vineyard.

Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite: “Go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who lives in Samaria. He is now in Naboth’s vineyard, where he has gone to take possession of it. Say to him, ‘This is what the Lord says: “Have you not murdered a man and seized his property?”’ Then say to him, ‘This is what the Lord says: “In the place where dogs licked up Naboth’s blood, dogs will lick up your blood.”’”

Ahab said to Elijah, “So you have found me, my enemy!”

“I have found you,” he answered, “because you have sold yourself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord. I am about to bring disaster on you. I will wipe out your descendants and cut off from Ahab every last male in Israel—slave or free. I will make your house like that of Jeroboam son of Nebat and that of Baasha son of Ahijah, because you have provoked me to anger and have caused Israel to sin.”

And also concerning Jezebel the Lord said: “Dogs will devour Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel. As for Ahab’s descendants who die in the city, the dogs will eat them, and those who die in the open country the birds will eat.”

There was never anyone like Ahab who sold himself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord, urged on by Jezebel his wife. He behaved in the vilest manner by going after idols, like the Amorites the Lord drove out before Israel.

When Ahab heard these words, he tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and fasted. He lay in sackcloth and went around meekly.

Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite: “Have you noticed how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself, I will not bring this disaster in his day, but I will bring it on his house in the days of his son.”

I’m certainly not like that tax collector! I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’ But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, ‘O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.’ I tell you, this sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home justified before God. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

As the cloud moved from above the Tabernacle, there stood Miriam—her skin as white as snow from leprosy.”

But when the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, ‘Why does your teacher eat with such scum?’ When Jesus heard this, he said, ‘Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do.’ Then he added, ‘Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: “I want you to show mercy, not offer sacrifices.” For I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.’”

🤯 Korah’s Rebellion

🤖🎥 Trailer: A rebellion fueled by pride and jealousy. Korah and his followers challenged Moses, but God’s swift and dramatic judgment left no doubt about His chosen leaders.

📖 Numbers 16 (NLT):

“Korah, son of Izhar, a descendant of Kohath, son of Levi, conspired with Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, son of Peleth, from the tribe of Reuben. They incited a rebellion against Moses, along with 250 other leaders of the community, all prominent members of the assembly.

They united against Moses and Aaron and said to them, “You have gone too far! The whole community is holy, every one of them, and the Lord is with them. Why then do you set yourselves above the Lord’s assembly?”

When Moses heard this, he fell facedown. Then he said to Korah and all his followers: “In the morning the Lord will show who belongs to him and who is holy, and he will have that person come near him. The man he chooses he will cause to come near him.

You, Korah, and all your followers are to do this: Take censers and tomorrow put burning coals and incense in them before the Lord. The man the Lord chooses will be the one who is holy. You Levites have gone too far!”

Moses also said to the Levites, “Listen now, you Levites! Isn’t it enough for you that the God of Israel has separated you from the rest of the Israelite community and brought you near to himself to do the work of the Lord’s tabernacle and to stand before the community and minister to them? He has brought you and all your fellow Levites near himself, but now you are trying to get the priesthood too. It is against the Lord that you and all your followers have banded together. Who is Aaron that you should grumble against him?”

Then Moses summoned Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab. But they said, “We will not come! Is it not enough that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey to kill us in the wilderness? And now you also want to lord it over us!

Moreover, you haven’t brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey or given us an inheritance of fields and vineyards. Do you want to treat these men like slaves? No, we will not come!”

Then Moses became very angry and said to the Lord, “Do not accept their offering. I have not taken so much as a donkey from them, nor have I wronged any of them.”

Moses said to Korah, “You and all your followers are to appear before the Lord tomorrow. You and they and Aaron are to bring your censers. Each man is to put incense in it and present it before the Lord. The man the Lord chooses will be the one who is holy. You Levites have gone too far!”

Moses said to Korah, “You and all your followers must come before the Lord tomorrow. And the Lord will show who belongs to him and who is holy, and he will have that man come near him. The man he chooses will be the one who is holy.

You Levites have gone too far!”

Then Korah gathered all the Israelites against them at the entrance to the tent of meeting. The glory of the Lord appeared to the entire assembly. The Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Separate yourselves from this assembly so I can put an end to them at once.”

But Moses and Aaron fell facedown and cried out, “O God, God of the spirits of all mankind, will you be angry with the entire assembly when only one man sins?”

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Say to the assembly, ‘Move away from the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.’”

Moses got up and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. He warned the assembly, “Move back from the tents of these wicked men! Do not touch anything belonging to them, or you will be swept away because of all their sins.” So they moved away from the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.

Then Moses said, “This is how you will know that the Lord has sent me to do all these things and that it was not my idea: If these men die a natural death and suffer the fate of all mankind, then the Lord has not sent me. But if the Lord brings about something totally new, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them with everything that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the grave, then you will know that these men have treated the Lord with contempt.”

As soon as he finished saying all this, the ground under them split apart, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them and their households, and all those associated with Korah, together with their possessions.

They went down alive into the grave, along with everything they owned. The earth closed over them, and they perished from the community.

At their cries, all the Israelites around them fled, shouting, “The earth is going to swallow us too!” And fire came out from the Lord and consumed the 250 men who were offering the incense.”

How quickly they have turned away from the way I commanded them to live! They have melted down gold and made a calf, and they have bowed down and sacrificed to it. They are saying, “These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you out of the land of Egypt!”’

It’s too bad the king doesn’t have anyone to hear it.’ And he would add, ‘I wish I were the judge. Then everyone could bring their cases to me for judgment, and I would give them justice!’

The reports I hear among the Lord’s people are not good. If someone sins against another person, God can mediate for the sinner. When the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and fell asleep. At midnight they were roused by the shout, ‘Look, the bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!’

All the bridesmaids got up and prepared their lamps. Then the five foolish ones asked the others, ‘Please give us some of your oil because our lamps are going out!’

But the others replied, ‘We don’t have enough oil for all of us. Go to a shop and buy some for yourselves.’

But while they were gone to buy oil, the bridegroom came. Then those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was locked. Later, when the other five returned, they stood outside, calling, ‘Lord! Lord! Open the door for us!’

He had 700 wives of royal birth and 300 concubines, and in fact, they did turn his heart away from the Lord. One day the older daughter said to her sister, ‘There are no men left anywhere in this city, and we can’t get married like everyone else. And so, let’s get our father drunk with wine and then we can sleep with him and preserve our family line through our father.’

So, they got their father drunk with wine that night, and the older daughter went in and slept with him. He was unaware of her lying down or getting up. The next day, the older daughter said to her sister, ‘I slept with my father last night. Let’s get him drunk with wine again tonight, and you go in and sleep with him so we can preserve our family line through our father.’ So, they got their father drunk that night, too, and the younger daughter went in and slept with him. "But Daniel was determined not to defile himself by eating the food and wine given to them by the king. He asked the chief of staff for permission not to eat these unacceptable foods. Now God had given the chief of staff both respect and affection for Daniel, but he was alarmed by Daniel’s suggestion. “My lord, the king has ordered that you eat this food and wine. If you become pale and thin compared to the other youths your age, I’m afraid the king will have me beheaded.”

Daniel spoke with the attendant who had been appointed by the chief of staff to look after Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. “Please test us for ten days on a diet of vegetables and water,” Daniel said. “At the end of the ten days, see how we look compared to the other young men who are eating the king’s food. Then make your decision in light of what you see.”

So the attendant agreed to Daniel’s suggestion and tested them for ten days. At the end of the ten days, Daniel and his three friends looked healthier and better nourished than the young men who had been eating the food assigned by the king.

So after that, the attendant fed them only vegetables instead of the food and wine provided for the others.

God gave these four young men an unusual aptitude for understanding every aspect of literature and wisdom. And God gave Daniel the special ability to interpret the meanings of visions and dreams.

When the training period ordered by the king was completed, the chief of staff brought all the young men to King Nebuchadnezzar. The king talked with them, and no one impressed him as much as Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. So they entered the royal service.

Whenever the king consulted them in any matter requiring wisdom and balanced judgment, he found them ten times more capable than any of the magicians and enchanters in his entire kingdom."

So all the officials came and stood before the statue King Nebuchadnezzar had set up. Then a herald shouted out, ‘People of all races and nations and languages, listen to the king’s command! After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them!’

‘Come, let’s go down and confuse the people with different languages. Then they won’t be able to understand each other.’ In that way, the Lord scattered them all over the world, and they stopped building the city. That is why the city was called Babel, because that is where the Lord confused the people with different languages. In this way, he scattered them all over the world.”
